2026 vs. 2023 BMW M4 Changes

If you have your heart set on a high-performing and luxurious yet practical sports car, the BMW M4 is an excellent choice. Not only is it incredibly fun to drive, it offers a lot of space. And opting for an older model gives you the added bonus of saving money in the process. Here BMW of Northwest Arkansas looks at the 2023 BMW M4 changes compared to the 2026 model.
Performance
The BMW M4 has been designed to provide an exquisite driving experience. Both the 2023 and 2026 models come with a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter, six-cylinder engine that produces 473 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. While each offer sublime acceleration, the steering and suspension of the 2026 model have been refined to provide even better handling, especially when roadways are curvy.
Cargo Space
The BMW M4 won’t be confused for an SUV, but it does offer an impressive amount of room for cargo. The 2023 model’s trunk contains 12 cubic feet of space, but the 2026 model takes that up to 15.5 cubic feet. Both are available with power trunk lids.
Technology Features
The 2023 BMW M4 comes with a generous number of technology amenities, including Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, in-dash navigation, and satellite radio. It also has a premium sound system, proximity keyless entry, and an infotainment system with a large 14.9-inch touchscreen. The 2026 model has all of these features, along with wireless device charging.
