Whether you are ordering new parts for a DIY fix, or one of our trained technicians is handling it, we only use Original Equipment Parts provided by BMW. Every OEM part is designed for a specific model, so you know the part will fit perfectly. Aftermarket parts may initially cost less, but they aren’t tailored to your vehicle and can come loose or cause more damage (oftentimes requiring more costly repairs). You can visit our BMW Parts Department for performance parts and accessories, or order parts online.
We do our best to keep your vehicle looking in top condition, that’s why service customers will receive a complimentary car wash voucher every time you bring it in. As an added bonus, vouchers are redeemable at your convenience so no more waiting around for a car wash when you’re on the go.
We’ll pick your vehicle up from your work or home and drop it back off after the service has been completed. Just ask your advisor or add to your online appointment.
