Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just got home to Texas this morning after picking up my 2019 preowned X5 from BMW of NWA and couldn’t be happier. When a team goes above and beyond I feel it deserves specific feedback, so here are some of the reasons I’m going to recommend THIS dealership to everyone. This is my fourth BMW purchase and I’ve been treated well before, but Eric, Aaron and Jonathan gave what is exemplary BMW service, and stuck with me through some unforeseen recall repairs that needed to be made. Aaron especially made me feel like I was the only person buying a BMW in the world, and I never felt overlooked. Aaron made sure the car was flawless when I picked it up. Everyone was honest and transparent about timelines and pricing, and kept their word. All this on what was definitely not the priciest car on the lot, which says so much. When it came time to pick the car up, Aaron drove to the airport and had my car waiting when we got to the dealership. Eric had the paperwork waiting, and I was out in 30 minutes - I had to drive 9 hours back to Austin so that was awesome. The car of course exceeded my expectations, and was the reason I first reached out - but when it comes time to get my next one, I pray it’s here because this Texan will gladly fly to Bentonville and drive back just to work with this team.

We had an outstanding experience here. Ethan was our sales associate and he made the entire experience enjoyable, low pressure, and seamless. We went to look at the X3…which is a really nice vehicle and probably all we needed. We would have bought the one on the lot if it wasn’t for the kind and easy way that Ethan dealt with us. He allowed us all the time we wanted to look, think, drive and look again. We ended up comparing the X5 and found it to be a superior vehicle and we really love the driving experience it provides. So we put one in order and 5 weeks later there it was! Ethan contacted me several times throughout the process and was always happy to answer my questions. The tech genius was there at delivery to make sure we understood all the buttons and tech and the finance guy took care of all the paperwork quickly and painlessly with no pressure to buy the extra this and that. While I wish there was some discounts I understand when custom ordering a new vehicle there isn’t a lot of negotiating room and felt that everything went as smooth as it could.

Here’s a quick review of my recent purchase from BMW of NWA, and it’s five stars for sure. This is my second vehicle from them and the transaction went flawlessly. It was a special order, and it took about five weeks to arrive from the factory just the way I wanted it. They tried one little trick to get me to pay more but I caught it in time. It’s fine, all part of the dance of buying a car so I hold no grudge. Their trade-in valuation was very fair. The salesman, Ethan Rhea, was great and my thanks to Tyler and Anthony as well. While I’m at it, their service department has always been efficient and they have a great cappuccino machine. So I’m very satisfied and I’m sure I’ll be back looking for my third BMW when the time comes.

The staff was friendly! Quick checkout at the parts counter. There is just NO parking and driving through or around the lot was a bit nerve racking due to lack of space and vehicles everywhere!

Timeline of Events: 7/24/2024: My car displayed a "Drivetrain Malfunction" error, so I took it to this dealership for repairs. 7/25/2024: The dealer diagnosed a battery issue and recommended replacing the battery and engine gaskets. I agreed and paid $4,000 ($2,000 out of pocket, $2,000 from my extended warranty). 7/26/2024: I got the car back. 7/28/2024: After driving less than 30 miles, the "Drivetrain Malfunction" error appeared again, and the car shut down on the highway. I had it towed back to the dealership. 7/31/2024: The dealer then told me the engine had blown and recommended a replacement with a remanufactured engine. I agreed, paying another $14,300 ($5,000 out of pocket, $9,300 from my extended warranty) for this repair. 8/20/2024: I got the car back, supposedly fixed. 8/25/2024: After driving less than 30 miles again, the "Drivetrain Malfunction" error reappeared. 8/26/2024: I returned the car to the dealership. 8/27/2024: The dealership now says the turbo is broken and needs to be replaced, costing another $4,000. In total, I've spent $18,300 ($7,000 out of pocket, $11,300 from my extended warranty), and now they want an additional $4,000, bringing the total to $22,300—more than double what the car is worth ($10,000)! My frustration: Each time the car returned from the dealership, a new "Drivetrain Malfunction" error occurred almost immediately, leading to another expensive repair. The dealership claims these are separate issues due to different failure codes, but all the failed parts were ones they had recently worked on. It's highly concerning that each failure happened right after their repairs, which suggests the issues might have been caused by improper or inadequate repairs. While the dealership stated they did their best to help me and offered the best discount on the repairs each time, these "discounts" only reduced the cost from a ridiculously high price to a normal high price—hardly a satisfactory resolution given the circumstances. I feel misled and frustrated by the poor diagnostics, lack of accountability, and escalating costs. If I had known the extent of these issues from the beginning, I would have donated the car and bought a new one instead of sinking this much money into ineffective repairs. I strongly advise anyone considering service at BMW of Northwest Arkansas to think twice. My experience has been a series of misdiagnoses, repeated failures, and wasted money.

My pup and I were on vacation at Devil’s Den State Park. On our last night, I got a flat tire. This area of Arkansas is very spotty with cell phone service, I had my 1 1/2 yo pup with me, was was 450 miles away from home, and had to be out of the cabin by 11am the next day. I was very stressed! After several calls BMW Road Side Assistance managed to find a towing service to transport my car to BMW of NW Arkansas which was about a hour north. I contacted the towing company rescheduled the pick up for the next morning, confirmed they would transport me and my pup and started packing up. On Monday morning, I contacted the dealership and with Marvin in their service department. I informed him of my situation and told him that I would be arriving in about 2 hours with my pup. He was very patient with me and after a couple dropped calls I managed to provide all the information he needed and confirmed that they had the correct tire available. When Mickey and I arrived at the dealership, Marvin was busy with annother customer and another service advisor Josh recognized me as the guy coming in with the dog! He took my information, keys, and started the check in process. I did not have my tire and wheel warranty information, when Marvin was freed up he spoke with a service advisor from the dealership where I purchased my car and collected all the information needed. My dog Mickey was stir crazy, I told Marvin that I was going to take him for a walk. Marvin and Josh told me about the Bentonville Bike / walking trails. After about a 2 1/2 mile walk me car was ready go! Want to thank both Marvin and Josh, I was ready to cut my vacation short on Sunday after the flat tire. On Monday, I was quickly taken care of, discovered a cool city with extensive biking trail system and was headed to Magazine Mountain before 11am. Thanks guys, I greatly appreciate you!

As I had stated with BMW, Jacob and Roberto represent the brand very well. This dealership treated me the best of all of the dealerships. When I am in the market for another BMW, I will purchase from this dealership. I recommend them to anyone who's in the market to purchase a BMW.

Even to the very end when the deal was already done and dealership could have said, “okay, we’ve done our part and deal is done, onto the next customers.” Francisco was off the day the transporter arrived to pick up the vehicle. Nonetheless, on his day off, Francisco communicated with me and his fellow salesman at the dealership to ensure vehicle was ready for pickup when the transporter arrived. It was a pleasure working with Francisco and Ambur! What could have been a difficult process was actually enjoyable and an absolute breeze. This vehicle purchase was a surprise gift for my wife, so there was the added pressure of “wanting it to be perfect and without issues” and this dealership delivered on that 100%! This was our first BMW (I’m an Audi and Porsche guy) and it certainly will not be our last. My wife absolutely loves her 2022 X3 M Comp and when we’re ready to get our next BMW, you already know I’ll be reaching out to Francisco first to see if he has what we want or if he can at least get it.

I can only comment on the two times that I have been here for minor service on my 2013 128. I’m from out of state and new to the area. Both times were great service. I was give a shuttle to and from my home and the car was done quicker than I expected. The drivers were so nice. I was never pressured into paying for other services. I’m pretty basic in my needs, but wasn’t made to feel so.

Exceptional Service and Customer Care at NWA BMW I recently had my car serviced and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. I brought in my vehicle due to an issue with the gesture control, and the team, particularly my service advisor Maggie, handled everything flawlessly. Maggie was outstanding in her role, keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, concise, and timely, which made the experience stress-free and straightforward. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by how everything was managed under the CPO warranty. It's not every day you see such a high level of professionalism and customer care. Additionally, the provision of a loaner car while mine was being fixed was a much-appreciated convenience that truly enhanced the overall service experience. I highly recommend NWA BMW for their excellent service, attention to detail, and the exceptional customer care provided by their team, especially Maggie. They've earned a loyal customer in me, and I'll definitely be returning for any future service needs.

Jacob was fantastic through the entire process, answered all of our questions and had me leaving the dealership very happy. He’s even followed up a few times after to make sure all is well and if I had any additional questions.

I took my newly purchased 2020 BMW X1 to this dealer because of an intermittent vibration I felt in the steering wheel. The Dealer stated the problem was: a loose engine mount and an unsecured AC line. Cost to repair: $1100. The day before I picked up the car, the service advisor reached out and said I needed to have the tires balanced as “they still felt some vibration”. The cost: $99. I balked at this because he’d already assured me the proposed repairs were the cause and would solve the problem. The service advisor ultimately comped the tire balance, “for the confusion”. The next day, I picked the car up and the exact same vibration occurred when driving it home. This is when I discovered the actual ‘problem’ I’d noticed with the car wasn’t a problem at all, it was the LANE DEPARTURE WARNING, which vibrates in the steering wheel in short subtle bursts. I had no idea this was on my car or anyone’s car! After being ignored by my service advisor, I started trying to reach the manager. After repeated calls to the dealer’s service manager, Seth Snyder, finally returned my call, and defended the entire transaction. The service advisor did extend a military discount when I picked my car up, but it should have been applied anyway. At the least, I felt the dealership should have refunded me the $179.00 diagnostic charge on principle alone. Ultimately the repair notes stated the mechanic “could not reproduce the vibration customer described”. Is this dealer trustworthy? On one hand, I don’t have any way to verify the problems they say they found & repaired were legitimate. I hope they were. What I I can say with absolute certainty, is the ‘unfamiliar vibration’ I brought it in for had NOTHING to do with what they diagnosed as the direct cause. Post Script Update: BMW of NWA's Phillip Johnson, Director of Service reached out to me, and while some confusion around 'the vibration' remains based on his comments below, BMW of NWA has refunded the diagnostic charges and offered to book a tutorial type appointment for me. I have returned his call but as yet we have failed to connect. I am surprised by this business' willingness to improve & address my experience and outcome as a customer of the Service Department and genuinely appreciate the effort. For this reason I have amended my rating of 1 star to 3 stars, and would consider returning for service at a future date.

Likewise, if these issues were ‘real’, ultimately, you could say it was a good thing they found them and they are now repaired. On the other hand, I can say with absolute certainty, the ‘problem’ I brought my car to them for in the first place had NOTHING to do with what they found as the cause of the vibration and were paid to repair. So, are they trustworthy? My advice, if you’re going to use them is to hold them to the same standard of proof which the major Car Warranty companies do when one of their customer’s cars are in for major repairs. These companies regularly require pictures and sometimes send adjusters to inspect jobs before repairs are authorized. It’s my opinion this business probably doesn’t set out to cheat people, but if a problem arises, I doubt their first allegiance is to their customer.

This was such a wonderful experience! The entire staff was welcoming. Working with Jacob was such a blessing. He answered all my questions perfectly. He continued to keep in touch with me the evening and morning after my purchase. It showed he really cared that I was happy with my purchase and not that I was just another sale.
