If your daily driving activities involve winding roads, you will love what the 2025 BMW 8 Series can do. This is a sizable vehicle, but it has fantastic agility and really carves up the road. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is available.

The new BMW 8 Series has great gas mileage for the class, getting an EPA-estimated 21 MPG in the city and 29 MPG on the highway. The Lexus LC only comes with rear-wheel drive, and its handling isn’t as lively, and it gets just 16 MPG in the city and 24 MPG on the highway.

Space and Comfort

The 2025 BMW 8 Series comes in a variety of options, including coupe, convertible, and Gran Coupe. It’s the latter that offers the most space, with a large cabin that fits five people. This new BMW model also has a big trunk that contains 15.5 cubic feet of space, and it includes a power lid.

The Lexus LC can technically accommodate four people, but the back row is extremely tight. In addition, the trunk is downright tiny, with only 5.4 cubic feet of room.

Technology Features

You will love all of the advanced technology found in the 2025 BMW 8 Series. These include Apple CarPlay®, wireless charging, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The infotainment system utilizes a large 12.3-inch touchscreen that is quick-responding and easy to navigate.

The Lexus LC has similar features, but its infotainment system isn’t as modern or as user-friendly as the BMW’s.
