    Steve Grage is an avid car enthusiast and considers himself fortunate to be working in a field that he considers his hobby.  Steve began selling cars at BMW of NW Arkansas in 1994, and has enjoyed serving members of our community in that capacity since that time.  Steve is proud of the fact that he graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas back in 1984, but considers himself a Razorback fan having lived in NW Arkansas for so long.   He enjoys spending time with his daughter Caroline while not working, as well as all of the natural beauty that the great state of Arkansas has to offer.  He estimates that has sold in excess of two thousand BMW's during his tenure here at BMW of NW Arkansas, and looks forward to selling two thousand more.

    James Bullard is a proud Arkansas native who has lived in the Northwest Arkansas area his entire live. He currently lives in Bentonville with his wife Leslie and son Cahill. James has been in the customer service industry for well over 15 + years helping the people of Northwest Arkansas. As of 2008, James has been successfully helping his clients find the perfect vehicle for their needs working for BMW of NWA. When not at work, James enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends off-roading in his Jeep or taking a long motorcycle ride on one of the Ozarks great driving roads

    Apart from his love of cars, his two greatest passions are writing about his world travels and culinary experiences. Having lived most recently in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico & Costa Rica, he and his wife Linda, moved to NWA five years ago where they enjoy the good life in Bella Vista with their two dogs Buddy & Bentley. He has written for local magazines Celebrate & was 2njoy's travel writer and restaurant critic as the Phantom Gourmet. His advertising & marketing career has included, radio, tv and film in England, Canada & Hawaii.

Sandro, a former restaurant owner and connoisseur of food & wine, brings a tremendous level of enthusiasm to work every day and promises his clients, the ultimate driving experience.

    Jonathan is a 2008 graduate from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Science and Education.  He is also a graduate of NOLS, The National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander, Wyoming with a focus in Pacific Northwest Backpacking and Mountaineering. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys XC Mountain Bike Racing, Rock Climbing, Camping, and Backpacking. His interests  include:  European Travel, Fly Fishing, Live Music Festivals, and Modern Art. Jonathan enjoys spreading "comic relief" at Superior BMW and has a passion for discovery and new knowledge.
